Lastly, at the core of Sagittarius’ personality lies an unwavering optimism, a trait that aligns with positive psychology and the belief in the power of a positive mindset. Their boundless enthusiasm and zest for life propel them toward new adventures and experiences, showcasing their adventurousness and innate desire for exploration. In my past research experience on the role of stress in disease onset, I have so often found that negative thoughts can magnify the intensity with which we experience stress and even unlock physical symptoms in our bodies. Sagittarius’ optimism, therefore, suggests that as individuals, they could be much more resilient and able to handle difficult situations with ease.
